PLEASE READ: By booking with us, you are agreeing to the following rules: 1. For maintenance problems between 9am and 5pm EST, please call the host. Maintenance problems reported after 5pm will not be addressed until the following day, unless it is an emergency. For example: broken or frozen water pipes, overflowing drain, no electricity, no heat, or no air conditioning in extreme temperatures. CHECKOUT TIME IS BY 10 AM EST or there will be an additional late check out charge unless pre-arranged with the host. 3. Guests assume full responsibility for damages, staining of furniture, mattress or carpet, excessive cleaning charges out of the normal and unreported broken items during their stay. Guest agrees to pay the cost of replacement and additional cleaning through the card on file. 4. Please lock the door behind you and your cars when parked outside. Hosts won’t be responsible for thefts. 5. Guests are to be careful walking in and around the property. We will not be responsible for slips, trips and falls during your stay. 6. Fireplace is only for use between October 1st and March 31st. DO NOT LEAVE THE FIREPLACE ON WHEN YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE, PLEASE. This presents a fire hazard, and we all remember the suffering of the city in 2014. 7. No pets are allowed for respect of people with pet allergies and potential property damage. A fee of $100 will be charged if a guest is found in violation. 8. No group parties or overnight guests more than the units published sleeping capacity. Maximum occupancy is enforced, and violators will be evicted without refund. 9. NO smoking inside the property. A fee of $100 will be charged if a guest is found in violation. 10. Critters & Wildlife: Each unit is professionally treated for pest control on a regular basis. Occasionally a few critters could make their way inside. In these rare instances, no refund will be given. In such a case, notify the hosts, and we will make every effort to solve the problem in a timely manner. No refunds will be issued for wildlife reasons. 11. WEATHER conditions: Guests are responsible for checking weather conditions before they arrive. Hosts will do their best to warn the guests of any conditions they are aware of, but guest will be responsible for looking after themselves. No refunds will be issued for it. 12. Deposit all trash in the outdoor containers and make sure the lid is closed securely. This is to protect bears and wildlife. Bears will tear the trash and drag it along the mountain polluting our pretty mountains. 13. Unit is stocked with a one-night supply of dishwashing detergent, soap, 1 kitchen paper towel, 2-3 trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom. No further supplies will be available from hosts. 14. Set HEAT to 65 Degrees in WINTER OR AIR CONDITIONING TO 75 degrees in SUMMER, when you leave the house for the day. 15. Do not move furniture around as it can damage furniture and floors. 16. Please leave all TV/DVD remotes in the rooms you find them in as the remotes are programmed to that TV or DVD. 17. If you are in a group or renting multiple cabins, please do not gather on one cabin’s deck as it may not be suitable for more than the maximum occupancy of the cabin. 18. Fireworks are not allowed.
