Wonderful place to go with the family, I highly recommend. This house has everything you would need for an amazing family getaway. Thank you so much Anusha for making this house feel like a home, my only regret was not booking this place for a longer stay, but will definitely do this again.

This was our fourth year staying at Anusha’s place and we have loved it every time! They’re flexible hosts and great communicators. The home is in the most peaceful location by the stream and you can also walk to town. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Beautiful home! Amazing views. So peaceful. A perfect getaway for our little family. The home was so cozy, had everything we needed, and close to plenty of things to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Anusha’s place. The views were breathtaking, the place was clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The host was fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made our stay completely stress-free. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and had everything we needed (even spices and utensils if we wanted to cook)! In a quiet neighborhood close enough to things we wanted to do in Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Loved having own bathrooms too.

Had the best experience and great service with Anusha and other hosts. I do really appreciate how responsive they were and would always updating us on things like door codes to wifi. The description of the place was accurate, clean, and we had no problems with any of their amenities. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning to visit Gatlinburg.

I visited PF area with my mom and sister for a few days. The location of Anusha's rental was very convenient to the parkway. The home was very comfortable with every detail cared for. It was very cold while we were there and we appreciated the extra blankets in each bedroom! Communication was fantastic - proactive and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the Pigeon Forge area.

The view of the mountains was extremely beautiful. The bedrooms were comfortable. Facility was stocked more than typical Air BnB. Host was always very responsive and helpful for any questions we had. Everything worked great. Couches were comfortable and outside chairs were great to enjoy the view. Loved staying here and would do so again.

Anusha’s and Blake’s Rivercation home was perfect for our family gathering of 7 adults. We appreciated the number of bedrooms and bathrooms available for us; no sharing necessary! I loved the back decks with the river view and scenery; great place to gather in the morning or evenings; along with the regular bear sightings along the river! The location was perfect as we could walk to most places within 15-20 min. or take the trolley to farther locations. So close to Smokey Mountain National Park as well. I would definitely recommend Rivercation if you are looking to stay near downtown Gatlinburg. Wonderful place!

The house was absolutely perfect for our sisters getaway. We loved that all 5 bedrooms had their own baths. The beds were comfortable and we could all be together comfortably in the family room. We enjoyed the creek and the hot tub and loved being able to walk to town and short drive to the Park. Anusha was very responsive and the house was perfect. We had a great time and wished we could stay longer.
